• Present, Promote and Sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective

customers

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their

needs

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

• Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive

activities, and potential for new products and servicesEXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

• Work experience as a sales representative in medical field

• Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales

• Able to prioritize, time management and organizational skills

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

• Sales experience in the health sector would be ideal

• Should be fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)

• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point is mandatory

• Must be open to travel domestic and International
