The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. He /She will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. He / She will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Support the learning and development of the sales team
• Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
• Track and report all sales activities
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
• Indore based candidate preferred.
Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years' quota carrying sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands on experience on Home Automation Industry would be an Plus
