Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products/services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.(ANY GRADUATE)
• Proven experience in sales, Freshers can also apply.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
