Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven Hunter for Business Development
- Navigating revenue growth, client acquisition & account management
- Identifying, qualifying & securing business opportunities thru various channels like D2C/B2C/B2B
- Identifying industry opportunities for Shipyaari to be present and work closely to Marketing team to execute such events
- Setting up new clusters/Zones/Cities with new Clients
- Being proactive and quick learner
- Multitasking skills to deal and close open leads
- Writing compelling business proposals
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Retaining and growing existing businesses
- Owning the collection process
- Managing business profitability
- Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keeping team lead apprised of the progress
- Coordinating and guiding business generation activities with the other functions like Marketing, IT etc.
