Regional Quality & Assurance Lead

What this job involves:

The Quality Lead will design, implement, and maintain the Regional Quality Management System providing oversight of all facets of compliance ensuring contractual requirements are met as well as understood by a wide audience. This role will ensure policies, systems, processes, and procedures align to relevant ISO accreditation throughout the contract term, and partner with relevant stakeholders to determine the opportunities to implement positive changes to the accounts delivery methodology, supporting systems and support mechanisms. This role will provide management oversight of the Quality Management Program, with close collaboration with Finance, Commercial and Performance leaders. The Quality lead will also manage and drive internal document control and operational audit program aligned to contract self-assurance requirements.

The Quality Lead Performance Lead will be responsible for:

  • Quality Management and Performance
  • Review KPI/CPI/OPI deliverables with the Performance Lead to drive Improved performance and understanding of the contracted services per contractual requirements.
  • Develop and implement a suite of management information reports that enable online reporting analysis from supporting management information systems and importantly the Work Order Management System (Corrigo)
  • Develop, administer, and oversee output focused audit program and contract assurance checks in relation to account contractual requirements.
  • Manage all internal stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 feedback to identify opportunities to improve the delivery of the contractual requirements to improve overall experience and performance of the end users.
  • Records and Document Management
  • Implement and manage comprehensive internal document control and operational audit program aligned to contract self-assurance requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements in overall document management to create benefits to all stakeholders.
  • Provide management oversight to data governance and technology platform to permit readily available and accurate information of provided services
  • Becoming a trustworthy advisor
  • Build and maintain a strong rapport with all stakeholders in driving best case outcomes whilst being fully transparent.
  • Seek feedback from all stakeholders including external-account leaders to drive positive change and outcomes for the account.
  • Site Operations
  • Provide an overall coordinator of account including organization of business review meetings, and contract management meetings and reports.
  • Train functional teams on utilization of quality management program
  • Partner with regional account team to ensure that savings targets and met and achieved.
  • Manage the change control process including hosting change control meetings.
  • Participate in special projects and facilitate ad hoc reporting requests as required.
  • Provide support as required to site operations both on-site and remote when requested by the workplace leads.
  • People Management
  • Provide effective strategic leadership and direction to account team by members encouraging a culture of open and constructive collaboration and teamwork.
  • Hire, attract, and retain a team of top talent; provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement

  • Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communicator \xe2\x80\x93 good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English)
  • Strong people management skills to instill JLL\xe2\x80\x99s core behaviors and values aligned to client culture
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant commercial BS Degree (Engineering or Quality Discipline Desired)/ master\xe2\x80\x99s degree beneficial, or equivalent experience.
  • Appropriate qualification in quality management
  • At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Assurance, Quality, Facilities and/or Operations required.
  • Experience leading/managing a large, complex and geographically dispersed team including successful delivery of outcomes in a multi-cultural setting.
