In this role, you are dedicating your skills to making sure we build a best in class services function in HR, both during set-up and when operating. You are responsible to understand the current ways of working in our affiliates and on Management Unit level, and to ensure the transfer of services to our newly set-up services organization will happen smoothly. At the same time you are supporting all project workstreams, e. g. in the gathering of local requirements or by enabling the local organizations to create knowledge articles. After the transfer to the services organization, you are constantly working on improving processes. At the same time, you are part of an overall project, liaising with multiple stakeholders worldwide.

  • Methodology Application: Apply effective methodologies for HR process transformations co-developed with the global team, leveraging best practices, industry standards and constant learnings as we progress in our modernization. Work with local organizations for them to understand project approach and objective. Assess work done in the organization, determine in light of the future operating model which activities are to be performed by which role going forward (\xe2\x80\x9cactivity split\xe2\x80\x9d). Track and monitor progress on activities leading to go-live.
  • Requirement Gathering: Assess needs to change global processes based on local requirements. Work with local stakeholders to identify needs, assess and evaluate them. Put required changes in form of change requests to the Digital workstream, along with test cases designed to test successful implementation.
  • Process Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation of existing HR processes, ensuring clarity and transparency in preparation for the transformation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and improve processes collaboratively. Serve as \xe2\x80\x9cgo to point\xe2\x80\x9d across workstreams where contact and information from local organizations are required.
  • Change Management: Support to implement change management strategies specifically tailored to process transformations, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, providing insights for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, closely collaborate with Global Process Governance Teams and Global Process Owners to implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate potential risks associated with the transformational process.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Business Psychology; Master\'s degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience in process management with a strong understanding of process documentation and methodologies.
  • Project management experience with a focus on structured and systematic approaches, especially with a focus on standardization of processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Interest in or experience with working at the intersection of business and technology. Any knowledge / understanding of ServiceNow and Aconso a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, technology, and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry best practices.
  • English fluently; any additional language a plus
  • Willingness to travel
