  • Monitors the day-to-day operations of Service Provider in with Global Service Centers operations with respect to productivity, accuracy, customer service issues, problem solving, and related areas. Also monitor day to day operations for the local travel agencies utilized by account.
  • Support CEMP recommendations and operational impact for region with coordination with and support from Travel Manager(s), including draft or review of operational guidance on adjustments to Service Provider and local travel agencies.
  • Strong focus on operational efficiency management and operational cost savings to contribute to accounts overall travel program cost savings.
  • Perform the role of a subject-matter-expert (SME) for travel program operations and specified projects or initiatives.
  • Responsible for proactively building strong relationships with key internal clients, contributing to and executing the Service Provider\xe2\x80\x99s global/regional local business plans, ensuring delivery and actively networking within the businesses to identify opportunities for Global Travel (GT) to deliver additional value.
  • Participate in development of global/regional GT objectives and strategic plan. Drive delivery to these targets within working closely with the account Travel Manager and mid-management contacts at country level and functional levels and key GT internal customers and Business key stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration with Service Provider\xe2\x80\x99s regional program management for account on operations and to successfully implement new processes to enhance productivity and service quality as applicable.
  • Work closely with all global regions the Regional Travel Manager(s) to collaborate on global initiatives and to share best practices.
  • Continuous review of the travel services program, particularly from an operational perspective, to ensure it evolves and develops to meet changes in account requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact with Service Provider\xe2\x80\x99s regional program management and country operational teams.
  • Work closely with SMEs and commodity leads for Airline, Hotel, Credit Card, Travel Policy, Car and Ground Transportation as required for successful execution of initiatives in the region within these areas.
  • Support special initiatives either regionally or globally as identified such as travel agency implementations, online booking tool implementations, etc.
  • Coordinate Travel Policy recommendations and impact evaluations for region with input and support from the Travel Manager, including draft or review of communications on Travel Policy adjustments.
  • Manage and respond to general GT queries received that are related to the CEMP.
  • Identify potential risks in end-to-end travel operations processes and implement enhanced Risk and Control measures to mitigate risks for, but not limited to, transient employee travel, Roadshow and HR mobility travel operations.
  • Conduct regional GT operations audit and travel program compliance validation reviews \xe2\x80\x93 TMC, Air and Hotel suppliers.
  • Conduct monthly Supplier Service Level and Financial back up files audits and reconciliations to ensure financial settlement accuracy.
  • Conduct quarterly Service Level Performance Reporting deep dive audits.
  • Drive and manage regional Continuity of Business and Return to Travel processes, ensure best practice, operational efficiency management for a seamless and enhanced employee experience.
  • Manage smart automation and travel technology initiatives in support of the above.
