Facilities Management
\xc3\x98 Monitoring housekeeping activities of offices and ensuring optimum standards.
\xc3\x98 Arranging adequate measures for conferences & meetings.
\xc3\x98 Ensuring efficient Courier services in the region.
\xc3\x98 Following set processes and standards for stationery procurement with cost optimization.
\xc3\x98 Ensuring smooth Telecommunication facilities in the region.
\xc3\x98 Regular coordination with vendors for competitive rates
\xc3\x98 Ensuring all bills are properly scrutinized as per policy and processed with in timelines.
Assets Management
\xc3\x98 Procurement of office equipments as per policy norms.
\xc3\x98 Conducting Preventive Maintenance Activities & Monitoring repair works.
\xc3\x98 Co-ordination with Record Management Company.
\xc3\x98 Vehicle Management and per the policy.
Statutory Compliance
\xc3\x98 Registration & timely renewal of various licenses.
\xc3\x98 Ensuring Issuance of Trade licenses.
\xc3\x98 Compliance registration of Lease, L&L agreements.
Security & Safety Management
\xc3\x98 Supervising all the activities of security system.
\xc3\x98 Ensuring fitness of all kinds of security gadgets.
\xc3\x98 Updating First Aid Box for each office.
Hotel & Travel Management
\xc3\x98 Tie ups with nearest hotel properties as per the company policy.
\xc3\x98 Ensuring efficient hotel reservations & travel ticketing.
