We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations and drive growth in the Pune region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales and marketing, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and increase revenue in the Pune region.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Clinic Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff to achieve individual and collective goals. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Sales and Marketing: Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple clinics in the Pune region, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Manage inventory, resources, and budgets effectively to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service delivery, resolving customer complaints promptly, and fostering a customer-centric culture across all clinics.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, sales KPIs, and financial targets on a regular basis. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in the beauty and wellness sector. Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of service and patient care.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and professional development. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Expansion and Growth: Identify opportunities for clinic expansion, new product/service launches, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and market penetration in the Pune region.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the beauty, healthcare, or retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Sound knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the Pune region as required.
