:Job Title: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: KolkataQualifications: Graduation/Post-GraduationExperience: Minimum 10-12 yearsPreferred Industry Experience: TilesPreferred Skills: Channel sales, Retail Sales, Team HandlingResponsibilities:

  • Generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical/channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory contributing towards revenue and profit achievements.
  • Establish and build sustainable relationships with Nitco customers and partners.
  • Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool.
  • Work in close coordination with the marketing team regarding promotion, product launches, etc.
  • Provide market and competitor information to Territory Manager, Country Sales Manager & Marketing team.
  • Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the companyxe2x80x99s code of conduct.
  • Generate opportunities for cross-divisional sales.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record in channel sales and retail sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
