Position Title: Regional Manager - Operations and Sales (Dental Clinics)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 4LPA-6.5LPA, SLIGHT NEGOTIABLE, INCENTIVES.

Job Summary:

The Regional Manager - Operations and Sales for Dental Clinics is responsible for overseeing the operational and sales performance of multiple dental clinics within a designated region. This role involves ensuring the efficient and profitable functioning of all clinics, leading a team, driving sales performance, enhancing patient satisfaction, and implementing corporate strategies to improve overall clinic performance. The Regional Manager will be a key player in achieving business targets, optimizing clinic operations, and driving revenue growt

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all dental clinics within the region, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.

- Manage the clinic managers and staff to ensure proper scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with safety, health, and dental regulatory requirements.

- Ensure that the clinics maintain high standards of cleanliness, patient care, and dental services.

- Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and streamline workflows.

- Analyze key operational metrics (patient flow, wait times, staff performance) and take corrective actions as needed to optimize clinic performance.

- Monitor clinic budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability through effective financial oversight.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Drive sales performance across all clinics by achieving revenue targets, increasing patient acquisition, and improving patient retention.

- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, such as promoting specific dental treatments, services, and products.

- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new patients, including local outreach, community events, and digital marketing.

- Monitor the effectiveness of sales and promotional campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Provide training and coaching to clinic staff on sales techniques, customer service, and upselling opportunities.

- Build strong relationships with referral sources, partners, and local businesses to grow patient volume.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and support clinic managers and staff to ensure high performance and a positive work culture.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and growth for the team.

- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages communication, teamwork, and alignment with company goals.

- Ensure proper staffing levels across all clinics and manage recruitment, training, and retention initiatives.

- Organize team meetings and training sessions to update staff on new practices, technologies, and company policies.

##### 4. Customer Experience and Satisfaction:

- Ensure all clinics provide high-quality dental care and excellent patient experiences.

- Monitor patient feedback and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain patient satisfaction.

- Implement strategies to enhance patient retention, loyalty programs, and build long-term relationships with patients.

- Ensure that all staff members maintain a patient-first mindset, offering compassionate care and addressing patient needs.

##### 5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on clinic performance, sales, and operational KPIs.

- Analyze clinic performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Ensure adherence to organizational goals and report on progress toward achieving business objectives.

- Track competitor activity and market trends, providing recommendations for adaptation to the local business environment.

##### 6. Compliance and Quality Control:

- Ensure all dental clinics comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards as required by local, state, and federal guidelines.

- Conduct regular audits of clinics to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with the compliance team to maintain updated certifications and license

##### Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations or management, with at least 5years in a leadership position in a dental clinic or medical practice.

- Proven experience in managing multiple sites or locations with a strong understanding of operational and sales strategies.

- Previous experience in sales or business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.

##### Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and drive results.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions.

- Solid understanding of the dental industry, including patient care protocols, regulations, and treatment offerings.

- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.

- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region, as required.

#### Working Conditions:

- Full-time position.

- Travel required between multiple clinic locations within the designated region.

- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
