Job Title: Regional Manager

Location: Thane Maharashtra

Experience: 4-6 years

Salary: INR 50,000 - 70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all franchisees across the state to ensure flowing business and adherence to company standards.

- Be a part of all major regional discussions, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

- Address all client issues and resolve them at priority

- Salary justification is mandatory

- Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and employees to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

- Collaborate with the central management team to align regional goals with overall company objectives.

- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, address issues, and provide on-the-ground support.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- You'll need to ensure that the targets are completed and report to the HQ in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Experience in the finance sector for 2 to 3 years is essential.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Sound knowledge of training methodologies and performance evaluation techniques.

- Familiarity with the market in Patna and an understanding of local business practices.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
