Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
Qualification : MBA
- 10-15 Years Experience.
- Product Management, Customer Segment /Category Management, Marketing Management
- Desired Area of Expertise: Implementation of marketing strategy, research and market understanding, offline activation, online activation, customer oriented
Purpose of the position: Developing and implementing marketing plans, policies, and strategies according to Foodservice segment organizational goals
Key Responsibility:
- Responsible to implement the marketing strategy/mix for Foodservice segment and drive profitable growth or P&L accountability.
- Be the bridge between products the customer needs to create the demand and right communication.
- Play a pivotal role to closely work with the Product team, NPD team, MR team
- Communication team and Sales to implement Route to Market and marketing plan
- Work closely with the Marketing Research team to gather and analysis, for trends And insights presentation.
- Work on the market and customer insights to support building on Foodservice
Strategy :
- Gathers and analyzes information to build a plan for Foodservice account planning and build on promotional activities
- Time-to-time engagement activities for both internal and external customers
- Roll out campaigns, and activation to drive acquisition and retention of customers through offline, events, PR, and digital marketing
- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
- Build on the brand in mind of Food Service customers, distributors, wholesalers
