• Mobilization: form key institutional and government partnerships that will enable quality mobilization while achieving required numbers Enrolment: enable & monitor enrolment processes to ensure end outcome in terms of numbers and quality Training: ensure adherence to processes to enable high quality academic results Placement: form networks with corporates & hiring partners to generate quality opportunities.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, and other external stakeholders to enhance the impact and reach of the organization. Collaborate with cross functional internal teams (PMO, Academic Excellence, HR, M&E, PRO, MIS, Curriculum, IT, Finance, Admin etc.) for operational requirements. Participate in formal meetings to share operational feedback with respective stakeholdersProgram Management Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects every quarter. Enable implementation of execution plans to adhere to project mandates. Ensure compliance with process metrics and quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities for program improvement. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.People Management Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing regional/ center team. Drive Performance Management process effectively, ensuring concrete feedback to team members. Establish and communicate attrition reduction and employee satisfaction targets, outlining specific strategies, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement plans, to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. Promoting the holistic development of team members.Financial Management Manage the budget for projects effectively, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with program priorities and organizational objectives.Reporting and Documentation Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, financial performance, and other key metrics. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact for the purpose of reviews and internal and external audits.
