Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - "Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area
xqyqz exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/SM\'s/PSF xqyqz monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with the ASMs and monthly review with the sales teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieving & exceeding Business goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions xqyqz profitability and employee development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying the need of sales training xqyqz analyzing changing market trends xqyqz channel development etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the senior management \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Retaining high performers and replace poor performers \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship xqyqz motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that Goals xqyqz PMP discussions xqyqz Development Plan discussions xqyqz ongoing coaching and feedback xqyqz skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio."
Required Qualifications and Experience
"Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to lead from the front. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent relationship skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of computers"
