Company Description Urban Money is India\'s first unbiased loan advisory services firm with a unique business model that deputes individual loan portfolio counselors for each of their clients. They manage the entire borrowing process on behalf of the client, ensuring end-to-end services. They have on-boarded talents from various banking and financial services giants and are a distributor for several reputed financial institutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing the operations and performance of the organization in the assigned region by leading, developing, and coaching a team of loan portfolio counselors. The Regional Manager will also monitor and ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions to clients, facilitate partnerships with financial institutions, and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Experience in sales or loan advisory services in a managerial capacity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of lending, mortgages, and financial products Ability to analyze and interpret financial data Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of local market and competition Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field Experience in the financial services industry, relevant certifications, and proficiency in Hindi and English would be beneficial.
