Job Description


Strategy and Development :

- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance of business (Dominos)

- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Engineering activities

- Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure

- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization

- Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required

- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process in Dominos

- Develop and implement strategies that accelerate and improve Dominos Engineering and Maintenance practices and processes to improve equipment performance, reliability and lower repair costs.

- Identify required equipment and process upgrades and effectively manage associated projects of Dominos

- Coordinate planned maintenance and connectivity with Maintenance Team in field positions.

- Regularly respond with advice to maintenance/equipment related questions, ensure access to up-to-date maintenance/operating procedures, and facilitate strong team communications activities.

- New stores Kitchen setup and commissioning of equipment\'s as per design

- Analyze Maintenance data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance related metrics including: unplanned downtime, PM compliance, schedule compliance, Mean-Time-Between-Failures, and maintenance related costs.

- Initiate, implement, and manage the restaurant maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling, preventive/predictive maintenance, and safety, health & environmental policies and procedures.

- Capex project: Identifying analyzing asset health conditions across and preparing capex replacement details. Processing capex requirement, managing high volume capex procurement, coordination among different stake holders to ensure asset replacement within budget.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions

- Produce written reports and make presentations

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

- Provide technical expertise to the team

- Stay current and up to date on any technology changes that may impact the business

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance

- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy

Financial and Budget Control:

- Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets

- Analyzing cost trends and prepare annual budget planning with zero base working

- Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards.

- Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects

- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility

- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting

- To explore and implement energy saving and cost optimization techniques
