At the same time, we are growing fast and have exciting, ambitious aspirations.About the roleAs the Regional Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management and timely stock distribution across North and Central India for GCPL. You will manage warehouse operations, transportation and logistics projects, reporting directly to the Head of Logistics and Customer Service. Leading a team of Regional Logistics Executives, youll play a crucial role in driving performance improvement, cost optimisation and service excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Understand regional demand across all sales channels to ensure stock availability and delivery in North and Central India
• Manage transportation and warehouses, focusing on performance analysis and service improvement
• Be part of the Regional Leadership team and coordinate with Finance, Audit, IT and Sales teams
• Ensure audit compliance for secondary deliveries and regional expenditures
• Review and manage the annual logistics budget, specifically for secondary freight and warehousing
• Serve as the single point of contact for the Divisional Head and Sales Team regarding stock placement
• Oversee reverse logistics and the credit closure of distributor stock returns
• Manage the entire order management process for both divisions across all channels
• Publish monthly reports on logistics KPIs such as freight cost as a percentage of sales, fixed logistics expenses, inventory accuracy, lead time and more
• Lead new projects related to automation, optimisation and infrastructure development
• Oversee primary movements for the North Manufacturing Cluster, daily dispatches and space management
• Ensure yearly increases in direct dispatches from Ex-Malanpur/Ex-North Stock Transfers in coordination with the Distribution Planning team

Who are we looking for?Education:

• MBA from a top-tier B-school (NITIE, SP Jain, IIMs, SJMSOM, MDI, IIFT), with a relevant undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally within the FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of company P&L and the impact of logistics operations on financial outcomes
• \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems and statistical software

Skills:

• Deep expertise in logistics, freight management and inventory control
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of VBA or other data analytics tools is a plus)
