:Job Location: To operate from any one location ( Chennai,Mumbai,Ahmedabad,Delhi,Kolkatta)The purpose of this job is to ensure that established Inspection procedures & QAPs implemented and maintained at Manufacturer\'s locations & ensure timely inspections with the by engaging quality engineers & TPIKey Result Areas (KRA\xe2\x80\x99s)1. QAP & Procedure implementation & maintenance2 Awareness creation among Project Stakeholders on the importance quality requirement & adherance3. Competance development by ensuring right qualification for right job in different processes and activities4 Dealing with Non conformity / non compliance in works & ensuring necessary corrective actionsSecondary Result Areas1 Conducting cross region Audits at Vendor places & ensuring effective compliances2 Subordinate & TPI mangement3 Networking with Project Team, Procurement & design teams4 Supporting Project Quality Incharge, Inspection Incharge & NDT inchargeCross Functional Responsibilities1. Employee Engagement2. Adherence to Safety Policy3. Goal Setting and Appraisals4. Other Management InitiativesEducation - Preferred - Preferably with Welding & Coating Inspector certifications ( CSWIP ,NACE etc) & NDT level certifications, QMS auditor certication prefered (ISO 9001),Knowledge - International and National Quality systems such as ISO 9001, Indepth knowledge of Quality requirements in EPC companySkills - Updating latest trends in manufacturing (piping,equipments), welding etc, Interpersonal skil to work with different stakholders, Skill for reporting & monitoring Project status in computer softwarePrevious Industry Experience - EPC / Construction Projects (preferably in NPCIL)
