About the Role:

This is a Human Resource Business Partnering role for supporting the regional sales team. This role encompasses a host of HR activities covering the entire life-cycle of an employee.
Main Responsibilities:
--------------------------
• Manage end-to end Recruitment activities for the regional sales team.
• Manage onboarding activities in line with the set guidelines.
• Support in deployment of central training plans that support professional development of the employees.
• Preparing and presenting various HR Dashboards.
• Supports the local leadership team in carrying out local assessments / developmental activities for the employees.
• Contributes to the definition and proper implementation and management of appraisal processes.
• Facilitates the implementation of HR process, guidelines and methodologies, supporting the interaction between local team and the India headquarter.
• Is the facilitator for all HR processes / services for local sales team.
• Supports central HR team in compilation and submission of payroll related information
• Overseas the employee expense management process along with external auditors and regional finance team.
Who we are looking for:
---------------------------
Full Time MBA in HR with 4 - 6 years of experience
SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE (if required)
• 4 years + experience in a Human Resource function of a progressive organization
• Hands-on experience of working on HR ERP tools
• Full-time MBA in HR from reputed institute/university.
• Experience in handling high volume recruitment
• Prior experience in the role of HR Business Partner for Sales team will be preferred.
