GSS touches virtually every aspect of the General Mills enterprise, including Employee Services, Business Services, Global Workforce Solutions, and Global Data Governance Services.For more details about General Mills please visit thisPurpose of the roleThis role will be accountable for Regional HR Direct, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Operations services including admin accountability for Workday & Contingent Workforce Management services.This role will focus on process improvement opportunities and will lead the delivery of service excellence to employees, managers, and HR professionals.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES40% Of time - Operations Managemento Responsible for the Service delivery of HR Direct, Recruiting support & HR Operations, indirectly responsible (active support) for Workday & Contingent Workforce Serviceso Manage teams work plan and prioritization. Ensures appropriate resources/staffing to manage day-to-day operations including support of language strategy, time zones, etc.o Responsible for effective and efficient delivery of HR Operations Shared Services across geographies- deliver SLAs (service level agreements), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), metrics/measures, and business value as designed.o Develop and monitor organizational dashboards to assess the performance of the HR Shared Services.o Identify & Analyze & Stabilize new work transitions to the team.o Manage critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks by delivering high-quality services.o Adhere to regional and local regulatory requirements such as, but not limited to: leave mgmt., holidays, payroll, policy adherence, etc. and ensures compliance with SOX requirementso Identify, Consolidate & standardize Recruitment Operations responsibilities.
