GSS touches virtually every aspect of the General Mills enterprise, including Employee Services, Business Services, Global Workforce Solutions, and Global Data Governance Services.For more details about General Mills please visit thisPurpose of the roleThis role will be accountable for Regional HR Direct, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Operations services including admin accountability for Workday & Contingent Workforce Management services.This role will focus on process improvement opportunities and will lead the delivery of service excellence to employees, managers, and HR professionals.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES40% Of time - Operations Managemento Responsible for the Service delivery of HR Direct, Recruiting support & HR Operations, indirectly responsible (active support) for Workday & Contingent Workforce Serviceso Manage team\xe2\x80\x99s work plan and prioritization. Ensures appropriate resources/staffing to manage day-to-day operations including support of language strategy, time zones, etc.o Responsible for effective and efficient delivery of HR Operations Shared Services across geographies\xe2\x80\x93 deliver SLA\xe2\x80\x99s (service level agreement\xe2\x80\x99s), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), metrics/measures, and business value as designed.o Develop and monitor organizational dashboards to assess the performance of the HR Shared Services.o Identify & Analyze & Stabilize new work transitions to the team.o Manage critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks by delivering high-quality services.o Adhere to regional and local regulatory requirements such as, but not limited to: leave mgmt., holidays, payroll, policy adherence, etc. and ensures compliance with SOX requirementso Identify, Consolidate & standardize Recruitment Operations responsibilities.

  • Governance
o Manage HR Shared Services for 15 countries ensure smooth day-to-day operations in Case management, Query, Data & Process Management, while adhering to SLAs,o Champion self-service tools & technologies & implement a robust change management plan.o Drive data management processes & data governance within HR Systemso Mitigate risks related to data privacy, security, visibility, other related regional concerns15% of Time - Process Improvemento Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities efficiencies with emphasis on service excellence.o Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, eliminate non-value-added activities and drive automation wherever possible.o Design solutions encompassing key elements of the employee lifecycle, with an emphasis on automation and efficiency gains.o Identify business challenges and leverage data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process, or programs.20% of Time - Team Managemento Manage a multifaced team of HR Direct WD & Contingent Management Services (administrative role), Recruiting Coordinator and HR Operations team.o Provide & facilitate coaching guidance, team development & engagement.o Accountable for Performance Management cycle for the team, including APR, IDP and other Global talent practices.o Drives KPIs and priorities, by ensuring that the team delivers on predefined SLAs like TAT, CSat Survey etc.o Measures, tracks, and provides performance feedback to the team.o Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high efficiency with service excellence mindset15% of Time - Strategic Collaborationo Owns strategy and capability development for the region including accountability for execution and brings customer perspective to the design of programs and processes.o Participate in identifying the key capabilities needed to enable this change & Influence key stakeholders to leverage HR Shared Services.o Partner with Stakeholders and D&T team to ideate solutions that enhance Workday and other HR Systems that lead to overall efficiency and add value to the business.o Collaborate with various CoE Stakeholders for current work and identify new work that can be transitioned to the center.o Advice the business heads on HR Shared Service matters, identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process, or programs.o Establishing and Stabilizing HR Ops, Recruitment Coordinator, and other HR Capabilities across geographies10% Of time
  • Project Management
o Establish and manage projects, engage with the stakeholders involved, and monitor project progress to completion.o Identify, consolidate, manage, consolidate, and standardize and strengthen HR Operations processes across the organizationMINIMUM QUALIFICATION\xc2\xb7 Full Time Graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory).\xc2\xb7 Minimum 9-10 years of related experience.\xc2\xb7 Workday (HCM) knowledge/experience strongly preferred.\xc2\xb7 Case Management system / Service Now experience preferred.\xc2\xb7 Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications including Excel, Word, Access, Sharepoint, Visio \xe2\x80\x93 with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed.\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience of having independently driven transformation programs, from design to implementation, and acting as a change agent
