2.Monitoring the same on regular intervals, physically.
3.Discussion with Zonal Head / Zonal HR for new positions as well as replacement and comparing the same with structure.
4.Inviting applications as per required Position\xc2\xbfs JD, short listing resumes accordingly.
5.Co-coordinating/Scheduling interviews by intimating panel.
6.Finalising candidates with the consent of Functional head.
7.Filling up all the required fields required to prepare offer letter.
8.Sending all the required papers to Zonal HR for issuance of Offer Letter.KRA2On Boarding & Induction1.Ensuring complete joining formalities, each and every paper should be duly filled and signed.
2.Collecting required documents as per offer letter.
3.Opening Bank Account
4.Collecting Income details of prior organization
5. Opening E Mail account
6.Sending duly filled and completed joining set to HO within 3 days from the date of joining.
7.Follow up for Appointment letter with HOKRA3HRIS1.Conducting Exit Interview
2.Ensuring that clearance certificate should be dully filled and signed by respective heads
3.Ensuring that balance leave details should be there on clearance certificate as on last day of working.
4.Timely delivery of the hard copy of Resignation letter, Clearance Certificate & Exit Interview Form to HO for relieving certificate and full & final payment.
5.Follow up with HO
6.Taking receiving of payment and sending it back to HOKRA4Exit and F&F1.Conducting Exit Interview
