A fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated Regional HR Business Partner based in India, to join our dynamic and growing P&C team and play a key role in the success of Synpulse.




As a P&C champion you will act as the main Business Partner to your stakeholders responsible for India, Indonesia, and Malaysia.




This role reports to the Head of P&C APAC.




Synpulse will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in India, and do not require Synpulse's sponsorship for a visa.




Responsibilities:
• Operate as true business partner to local management, provide support aligned to the business strategy and needs, and provide guidance on all P&C matters
• Cover the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Expatriate Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits & Policy Development
• Provide guidance on people topics from Performance and Compensation to Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Employee Relations, and drive P&C excellence by establishing robust P&C processes
• Lead and deliver culture/ organization reviews and re-design initiatives that future proof regional offices and creates high performing teams
• Ensure smooth payroll preparation in collaboration with our payroll specialist
• Develop and implement the talent pipeline development strategies to enable us to achieve our growth plan
• Be actively involved in the remuneration review, performance review and promotion processes
• Provide timely and expert advice to the Executive Leadership team on employee relations mattersas required
• Coach and develop the managers/team leaders in order to make them more effective in their roles
• Build and maintain effective partnerships within the P&C team regionally and globally, successfully deliver P&C initiatives.
• In conjunction with the regional People and Culture team develop and drive initiatives to enhance the people culture and engagement
• Manage and oversee India, Indonesia and Malaysia based People and Culture team

About you:
• Obtained at least 8 years of relevant experience in both all rounded generalist and people partner
• 3-4 years of experience in a variety of P&C disciplines preferably with a fast-paced, multinational and matrix organization
• A strong ability to influence and coach stakeholders through change, and a strong sense of ethics and confidentiality
• Proactive and hands-on mindset, both autonomous and collaborative member of a global team with experience of working remotely
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent command of English
• Sound knowledge of employment law and related principles
• A degree in HR Management or comparable qualification
• You have a valid permit to work and reside in India
