JOB TITLE: Regional Head - Female
AREA/DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Business HeadJOB SCOPE: To manage and monitor entire P&L, expansion and operational activities of region. Also to be a support to the corporate as think tank and provide strategic inputs as and when required.JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the Sale and EBIDTA of the region & identify the segment wise / service wise opportunities including company personal Care product and other merchandise. Regional Head is expected to & drive and resource the identified opportunities..
2. Lead regional marketing initiatives including common events for the region, Regional and corporate tie ups, managing advertising budgets & supervise its implementation.
3. Lend sponsorship to Training & Quality initiatives.
4. New projects: Identifying locations, Final short listing of the site, operational Requirements, including manpower hiring, Pre launch & launch activities. Ensure all infrastructure is properly maintained.
5. Corrective actions to be taken on Mystery Audit deviation reports by planning & ensuring implementation of all the corrective actions.
6. Be fully aware and in control of the 3Cs of the industry viz Competition, Consumer & Cost. and ensure full knowledge about the current situation and trends. Integrate the same in our operations to gain competitive advantage.
7. Managing the development of all supervisory talent in the region - 3 levels below: a) Area Resources including AH b) CH & c) Centre supervisory staff: viz ACH, Sales Heads, Slimming Head ; Help in hiring, training (pre & post), grooming, career planning, bench planning of them.
8. Responsible for increasing the manpower productivity/efficiency of regional, area and Centre level staffs and ensuring attrition management for all the key levels
9. Provide strategic inputs in policy formulation and help in cascading the same at the Area and Centers effectively.
10. Conduct service audits.
11. Implementation of any new software/SOPs/etc.
12. Ensure integration between company Institute and respective centre for induction of new talent.
13. Ensure adherence to all defined quality standards for service delivery including following of NABH protocols.
14. Manage and handle customer relationships and expectations with a view of maximizing customer delight and minimizing customer complaints.
15. Ensure that all MIS reports are filed in timely fashion.
16. To take up assignments as per the directions of F&M office, as and when required.Team,
