Implementation of a comprehensive and competitive C&B program to ensure that the organisation remains competitive and can attract top talent.
Lead strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company\'s compensation programs, including incentives and executive compensation
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes
Manage vendor relationships including, but not limited to, third party administrators, health and welfare advisors and retirement plan advisors, actuaries, plan auditors, and others
Manage the mobility program to handle the movement of employees between countries and the corresponding expat package and benefits
Lead compensation & benefits for 20+ countries|Be a part of leadership team for a reputed MNC15+ years of experience in managing compensation & benefits for at least 15-20 countries. Good experience in stakeholder management for global counterparts and prior experience in designing, formulating & implementing of C&B programs.Our client is a reputed MNC in the manufacturing space - they have presence in 50+ countries globally.Unlimited potential to grow.
