Job Description
Your key responsibilities would include -
- Implementation of a comprehensive and competitive C&B program to ensure that the organisation remains competitive and can attract top talent.
- Lead strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company\'s compensation programs, including incentives and executive compensation
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes
- Manage vendor relationships including, but not limited to, third party administrators, health and welfare advisors and retirement plan advisors, actuaries, plan auditors, and others
- Manage the mobility program to handle the movement of employees between countries and the corresponding expat package and benefits
