Job Description

Position: Regional Head - Residential
Location: Gujarat, India

Job Summary:

The Regional Head Residential Solar Rooftop Projects will oversee the entire EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) operations for residential projects within Gujarat. This role involves managing sales, execution, and services while ensuring efficient processes, adherence to government policies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales strategy development, team management, project execution, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

1. Development of New Locations: Identify and develop new residential project locations within Gujarat.

2. Marketing/Sales Strategies: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

3. Costing :

Revise the prices of each component based on the latest pricing information. This includes increasing or decreasing prices as needed.

If there are large orders, include any applicable volume discounts in the costing sheet. This may involve adjusting the per-unit cost based on the order quantity.

4. Regular Follow up with Branch Manager : take regular follow ups with branch Manager to achieve sales targets across all branches in Gujarat.

New Business Development :

Regular Follow up with Channel Partner Manager : take regular follow ups with Channel Partner Manager to develop new channel partner and enhance the performance of existing channel partner to achieve targets across all Gujarat.

2. Execution:

Understanding Govt Policies and Processes: Stay updated with government policies and ensure compliance.

Ensure Liasoning Process: Oversee the Liasoning process to ensure it runs parallel with the sales order flow.

Efficient Order Procurement : Manage the purchase process to ensure efficient order handling.

Project Installation: Ensure Project execution timeline is maintained.

Quality Control: Ensure quality control for all installed projects.

Cashflow Management: Manage the cash flow of projects to ensure financial stability.

3. Services:

Develop Services Team and Process: Develop and manage a services team and processes to ensure high-quality after-sales support.

4. recruitments:

Recruit and Modify Team: Plan and Recruit new team members and modify the existing team if required.

5. Implementation of CRM:

Implement and maintain CRM systems to streamline sales processes and improve customer relations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a similar role within the EPC industry.

Proven track record in sales management and strategy development.

Strong understanding of government policies and compliance processes.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Conditions:

Frequent travel within Gujarat.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
