Envision, devise and manage the region's business plans. Develop, Lead, Motivate and provide direction to the sales teams and service professionals to achieve the organizational goals.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Strategic Planning towards the achievement of Business Objectives •
Devise the region's Business plans encompassing Sales, Human Resources, Finance and Industry Affairs,
Implementation of Business Plan
Evaluate business results as per Plan.
Drive the Development of the organization's strategy on business

Detailed Planning of promotional funds requirement
Drive Strategic cost management and resource productivity in all areas of operations to generate internal profit
Implementing guidelines on accounting funds plan, utilization and reporting
•Quality of Operations •
Drive quality in all aspects of operations (Planning, Implementation and Evaluation Activities)
Experiment with innovative quality initiatives

Align the team to the vision and strategy of the organization Provide thought leadership and perspective to the team
