Regional Head - Delhi No. of Positions : 1 Position Male (Preferably male Candidates ),

Salary: Up to- 10 Experiences : 5 to 10 Years of relevant experience as a Manager preferably from the education sector / Banking & Financial Industry only.

PURPOSE:

Envision, devise and manage the region's business plans. Develop, Lead, Motivate and provide direction to the sales teams and service professionals to achieve the organizational goals.

Qualifications:

A) Preferably post-graduate qualifications in Management, Commerce/Finance/Accountancy or social sciences,

B) Local knowledge,

C) Proven leadership and administrative skills,

D) Internet and computer savvy and

E) Comfort with numbers and statements]

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Strategic Planning towards the achievement of Business Objectives •

Devise the region's Business plans encompassing Sales, Human Resources, Finance and Industry Affairs,

Implementation of Business Plan

Evaluate business results as per Plan.

Drive the Development of the organization's strategy on business

•Strategic Cost Management •

Detailed Planning of promotional funds requirement

Drive Strategic cost management and resource productivity in all areas of operations to generate internal profit

Implementing guidelines on accounting funds plan, utilization and reporting

•Quality of Operations •

Drive quality in all aspects of operations (Planning, Implementation and Evaluation Activities)

Experiment with innovative quality initiatives

•People Development •

Align the team to the vision and strategy of the organization Provide thought leadership and perspective to the team

Build an enthusiastic and motivated team that continuously strives to achieve the highest standards of performance..

Anchor Customer Relations Management

Inculcate and nurture the core values of the Organization i.e. team spirit, mutual trust and spirit to win.

Management of career expectations

Ensure effective deployment of manpower to maximize business results

•Transformation Management: •

Communication of the strategy of the organization to the team members.

Ensure smooth integration of the changes in the teams.

Management of Industry Affairs:

Proactively and consistently interface with the Corporate

in promoting the Programs

Code of Conduct I statutory & regulatory norms:

Ensure Adherence to the code of conduct by all teams

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

The Regional Manager reports to the National Head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per year
