Regional Head-West- Digital Ads Sales- Mumbai - 4-10 Years
Looking for a seasoned sales professional with expertise in Digital Ad sales. We are in search of a dynamic individual to spearhead the Western region for non-auto clients, specifically concentrating on Media/Advertising Sales within the BFSI vertical. The perfect candidate should possess a background in consultative sales, digital sales, team leadership, B2B sales, client acquisition, outstanding communication skills, and a robust ability for strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Western region for non-automotive clients, with a specific focus on Media/Advertising Sales within the BFSI vertical.
2. Ensure effective monetization of the complete range of client offerings, including media, content solutions, leads, and new innovations/partnerships.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Western territory, and document and disseminate competitive information.
4. Generate innovative ideas to deliver customized solutions to clients, aiming to unlock higher revenue potential.
5. Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships and associations for Media/Advertising sales with key clients in the Banking, Insurance, and Mutual Funds sectors.
6. Attain sales targets and acquisitions by concentrating on the existing client base in the assigned territory.
7. Create and deliver proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting their visibility in the online space. Cultivate relationships with CXOs throughout the region, acting as a brand ambassador for solutions.
8. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales and Digital Sales.
- Experience in Consultative Sales, Concept Selling, and Media/Advertising Sales.
- Digital Sales expertise (competency not essential but advantageous).
- Team handling experience.
- B2B Sales background.
