DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager for a regional role covering APAC countries. You will report directly to the Regional Head of FP&A, located in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in financial positions within large corporations, particularly in regional teams. Proficiency in Excel, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role entails overseeing the overall financial performance across the region As the Regional FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will be : Financial Planning and Analysis

• Guiding countries thought the forecasting, planning and budgeting processes
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Conduct variance analysis of actual versus budgeted/forecasted and past results and identify key drivers of variances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies
• Budget owner for countries in perimeter

Financial reporting review

• Responsible of data accuracy for 3 entities in APAC (to be defined)
• Review monthly financial reporting prepared by local finance teams

• Ensure accuracy of monthly reporting / provide local accounting teams with support through guidance, closing instructions, correct booking entries, if necessary
• Analyses on variances against budget, forecast and last year
• Analytical review of P&L, Balance Sheet

• Year-end closing process owner - support to local teams, financial statements review, etc.

Finance transformation

• Identify and drive opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance reporting tools and processes
• Support with ERP migration if/when needed
• Reports / Analyses templates to build to meet specific needs
• Ad Hoc analyses and projects to be conducted / deployed across the region
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Regional FP&A Manager:

• Minimum 8 -10 + years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience working in a Big 4 firm is a plus and/or a Regional Finance headquarters
• Professional Accounting qualification or its related equivalent is preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Excel skills, exposure to PowerBI is a plus
• Experience in transformation / automation / Excel modelling / Financial reporting optimization
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus
• Curious, keen eye for details, resourceful and able to investigate further by his/her own
• Very good interpersonal /communication skills with the ability to liaise with various cultures and personalities, and have a real team-mindset
• Interest for on-going improvement and proactive attitude and able to take initiatives
• Ability to multi-tasks and work with tight timelines
• Fluent in English is required
• Hybrid work arrangement
• Regular travel to Singapore might be required
