The position of Regional Employer Brand Activation provides you the opportunity to work in a high performing team and contribute directly towards employer branding expertise and campaign know-how to advise and aid colleagues across the Asia Pacific region the business results while creating values for the Diabetes patients.
About the Department
You will join the Global Employer Branding & Onboarding Centre of Excellence team, consisting of experienced, dedicated, and passionate employees from a range of professional backgrounds (HR, Communication, Business Development, Marketing & Natural Sciences). We use our differences to create and develop innovative approaches and high-quality solutions to attract the best talents to Novo Nordisk globally.
Serving as a Centre of Excellence (CoE), our main aim is to position Novo Nordisk as a preferred employer and thus, help business areas across Novo Nordisk globally to find and attract critical talents. However, in an increasingly crowded job market and as we grow rapidly and move into new therapeutic areas, attracting the best people to our company extends beyond our industry and beyond borders. The Position
As a Regional Employer Brand Activation, you act as a subject matter expert and advisor on employer branding tactics, tools, channels, and vendors associated with the successful execution of talent attraction strategies, thereby ensuring our employer brand is brought to life in a consistent, market fit and impactful manner across prioritised markets within a region. Your duty includes but are not limited.
This position will report to the Director Global Employer Branding & Onboarding Nordisk.
