- BRO Channel Management , Device & Execute BTL Activities
- Distributor Software Management
- Tracking & Expansion of Associate Dealers & Direct Dealers\'
- Distributor Management & ROI Calculation
- Coordinate with S&OP Team for monthly reports & scheme execution
- Sales Budget & Marketing Expense tracking for the region--KRA to monitor distribution.-Increase Numeric Reach, Weighted reach, and Market share. ROI model - with Distributor, quarterly review and improvisation steps.-Coordinating with sales team for support in sales, system, promotion, and placement.-Providing data to HO with respect to sales and Distributio-Analysis of territory and working hand in hand with concern SM and Territory in charge for targeted shareGoodyear is one of the world\'s largest tire companies.
