:Role/ Job Title: Regional Debt Manager-Central SettlementsFunction/ Department: Retail AssetsJob Purpose:The role bearer has the responsibility to manage a team and co-ordinate the operational recovery activities for maintaining credit portfolio of the assigned region. It entails administering corporate policies and procedures and ensuring the front-end delinquencies are minimized. The role bearer is required to establish relationships inside and outside of the organization on opportunities to create value and has end to end collection responsibility for recovery of the assigned product contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank. This is a critical role that has a direct impact on the financial institution\'s budget planning.Roles & Responsibilities:The Key role of the RCM of Central settlements is to drive:

• Overall Settlements- Ensure cases settled within the defined TAT and above 95%
• To ensure negotiation on 100% of cases
• To negotiate increase in value of the initial offer
• To drive collections on the agreed settlement value
• To drive key performance input measures like customer contractability, Login adherence and schedule management
• To ensure cost of operations within the budget
• Close coordination with stakeholders
• To prepare and share daily weekly performance dashboards with internal and external stakeholders.
• To monitor and drive team performance.
• To coach and share timely feedback with team members
• To drive governance and hygiene
• To have weekly governance meeting with the Field RCM\'s and keep them appraised on the settlement performance.
• To monitor customer complaints and ensure priority closure of complaints.
• To monitor the team\'s performance and manage the end-to-end performance management cycle.
• Timely hiring to ensure right thresholds are met to maximize process output.

Education Qualification:Graduation: Bachelors in Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.Post-graduation: MBA, PGDMExperience: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience
