Reverting to the mails (internal and external), with an achievable TAT.
Aligning the field team of their respective region.
To plan Preventive maintenance (PM) on all the live sites in their respective regions for proper upkeep of the site.
To plan the daily activity of the field team in accordance with the CRM and close the tickets as per the SLA.
Work in coordination with the CRM team, to minimize any escalation.
Raise the part requests and take the approval from the Regional/Zonal head.
