This role is responsible for\xc2\xb7 India Chemical Commodity, leading the formulation & implementation of sourcing strategy for Chemical commodity parts for Agriculture(AG) and Construction(CE) segment across all 3 CNH plants and India Technology Centre. This role co-ordinate for China Chemical Commodity to represent APAC Chemical Commodity.\xc2\xb7 Driving Strategic Sourcing projects / BCC execution for CNH ww plants, AMS and Product development ( AG & CE)\xc2\xb7 Commodity Includes categories like Tires, Plastic, Rubber, Seals, Seats, Filters, Lubricants etc.Primary and Secondary duties:\xc2\xb7 Commodity strategy formulation and implementation with key stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 inputs.\xc2\xb7 Supplier selection, negotiation, contract establishment in line with local/global strategy for new model/current product parts within target cost and time\xc2\xb7 Ensuring Purchasing processes and system are followed to establish business contracts with suppliers as per DoA\xc2\xb7 Leading annual cost negotiations (YOY, RM fluctuations, commercial cost reduction etc;) and support VA/VE initiatives with BCG team\xc2\xb7 Managing material cost including raw material, economics, productivity etc;\xc2\xb7 Budgeting of material cost, capital & revenue and monitoring of budget on a continuous basis\xc2\xb7 Engaging key stake holders, both global & domestic, in developing a collaborative strategic sourcing plan for commodity & long term agreements with strategic suppliers\xc2\xb7 Monitor, manage, and address the risks of supply base in delivery, finance & capacity.Leadership/Team Management Responsibility:\xc2\xb7 India Chemical Commodity Leader (annual buying : 80+ M$)Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language(s):Education/Qualifications (Min): Graduate EngineerEssential experience and skills:1. 20+ years of experience in Off-highway/ Automotive/ Industrial industry preferred.2. Exposure of purchasing/sourcing in a matrix environment (preferably with global sourcing experience)3. Experienced in sourcing, quality, costing, stakeholder management (including global businesses), team management, financial analysis etc.4. Demonstrated strategic thinking, change management, communication and negotiation skills.5. Knowledge of supplier base and various manufacturing processes etc.6.
