Position Title: [[Regional Chef North & East]]We are passionate about food. But were even more passionate about our People!About the role:We are looking for an experienced and qualified Manager for application chef located at one of our regions. You will be controlling, directing and constructing recipe solutions with McCains new or existing products for customers. Maintain engagements with key customers and help McCain to list products at various customer ends using your technical and culinary expertise.The role is located in Delhi/ NCR.Responsibility:

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences within the restaurant, cafe, and hotel sectors.
• Act as a culinary expert and ambassador for McCain Foodservices, providing technical expertise and guidance during customer engagements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and culinary workshops to showcase the versatility and quality of McCain's frozen food products.
• Collaborate with the product development team to tailor culinary solutions that meet specific customer requirements and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging culinary techniques, and market developments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Travel as needed to engage with customers and represent McCain Foodservices at trade shows and events.

About you

• Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in the food industry with culinary and product development in food service.
• Action oriented approach with great networking skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team and strong team ethic, foster relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate commitment.
• Enthusiasm for current food trends and Food product solutions.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, particularly in product demonstrations.
