Key Responsibilities :- Support in Development and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs.- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region.- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.- Manage and lead the sales team in the region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion & sales targets are met.- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments.- Manage the budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\'s products and services.- Continuously improve self-sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
