Achieve the Budgeted Disbursement for the financial year. To ensure the Disbursement and Advances targets are achieved by providing adequate support, inputs based on market study and superior TAT
Budgeted Yield for the financial year Ensure Yield and minimum spread as per guidelines
Budgeted Fee for the financial year Ensure Fee income and minimum spread as per guidelines
Maintain portfolio quality To ensure portfolio quality by focusing on quality sourcing and proper screening at his level
Profitability To ensure the PAT targets are achieved by providing adequate support, cost control and maintaining the defined spread
Team Performance To ensure that the entire team is mobilised towards high performance and it is a joint achievement
