As the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving growth targets in the Mehsana region of Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience of 1-3 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the Mehsana region
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and product lifecycle
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Good understanding of industry regulations and compliance
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong business acumen

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders in the Mehsana region
• Identify business development opportunities and drive market penetration in the assigned region
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and plans
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth distribution, marketing, and promotion of products in the region
