We are responsible for real estate disposal and manage all construction projects throughout Siemens, thus ensuring that the use of resources is optimized and sustainable in terms of costs, transparency and efficiency at over 2500 locations worldwide.Join our team now in Siemens Real Estate as Regional Business Excellence Manager for the Hub India and APJ (m/w/d)Your new role - You are the partner to the Hub\xc2\xb4s Asset and Property Management and other AP functions in regard to business excellence interlinking with the SRE global department

• You are responsible for the regional implementation of global AP standards and processes, adapting along local requirements in alignment with other regional functions, Hub management and other stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the implementation and roll-out of global SRE projects and initiatives as well as ensure the early involvement of all customers and SRE-internal stakeholders.
• You track quality according to required principles and full adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws, e.g. cybersecurity and data privacy.
• You closely interact and provide guidance within the Hub with major focus on Asset Management business including definition and execution of measures to repair findings and proactively implement prevention measures.
• You enable homogenous data management (quality/availability) and control quality of AP reporting, e.g. space/contract management, real estate and location master data information.
• You enable Hub Asset and Property Management in providing ad-hoc reporting, data analytics and development of innovation and digitalization ideas.
• You ensure competence and knowledge sharing within the Hub Asset and Property Management community.
• You ensure the regional implementation of new technologies and tools as well as foster continuous improvements.

Your qualification\xc2\xb7 Several years of experience in corporate real estate with strategy focus\xc2\xb7 Degree in real estate, business, engineering or similar program, Master or MBA preferred\xc2\xb7 Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations with analytic skills, strategic viewpoint, and financial analysis\xc2\xb7 Presentation & documentation skills for managing executive level stakeholders with confidence\xc2\xb7 Overall affinity space management, pricing and approval procedures\xc2\xb7 Advanced real estate data management\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of real estate market as well as lease management and stakeholder management, quality management\xc2\xb7 Willingness to deep dive into topics and work on new initiatives\xc2\xb7 Open mindedness and ability to think innovatively, excellent communication skills, social competency, international work experience & intercultural sensitivity\xc2\xb7 Fluent English
