Duties & responsibilities
Support the Regional Delivery Transformation Manager on day-to-day tasks

Support facilities BAU through handling of high-volume administrative tasks for facilities teams

Smartsheet expert - create, own, and manage various Smartsheets for various Regional Programmes

Data source management and data gathering for centralised reporting

Change control management administration and tracking

Data input for work tasks, access approvals to key documentation and folders

Documentation and sharing best practices and participating in efforts to document and strengthen internal controls and improve data control

Support development of best practices across the account\'s operations support teams

Observe, and adhere to corporate policies and procedures

Maintain high qualitative standards of work performance

Review of systems data to ensure information is always up-to-date and accurate

Provide support and information to senior regional team members

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
Desired Skills and Competencies
0 - 3 years experience in relevant facilities management related role

Proficiency in Google Suite (preferred)

Strong Analytical skills and ability to gather, interpret and analyse various data points and sources

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;

Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and deadline-driven;

Work in a fast-paced and evolving environment whilst maintaining accuracy and quality

Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have)

Proficiency in English
