Provide inputs and participate in creation of business plan to ensure realistic targets are set for the zone Drive business performance of East zone in alignment with business plan of Emerging Relationships vertical to deliver defined business targets for zone Develop and implement action plans for increasing the intermediaries\xe2\x80\x99 wallet share with BAGIC while maintaining profitability of business Provide training to enhance technical capabilities of team to ensure they are equipped to address concerns/ requirements of intermediaries Design and implement innovative sales campaigns/ lucrative offers in consultation with superior to increase number of customers converted to meet defined revenue targets Create and implement business plan to ensure an increase in the no of IMD activation count by 30%
Intermediaries management
Support intermediaries by recommending focus areas such as fresh health business/ target segments and guide them to maximize revenue generated for BAGIC Run campaigns/ trainings for intermediaries in own zone to develop their knowledge and enhance their sales capabilities Identify new and profitable intermediaries in own zone which don\xe2\x80\x99t do business with BAGIC currently and build relationship with them to expand intermediaries network in East Zone Interact with intermediaries to discuss their performance, high business impact opportunities and resolve challenges faced in driving business for BAGIC thereby also enabling and ensuring Band movement of IMDs in an upward direction Recommend incentives and run engagement/ recognition programs for intermediaries in East zone to ensure they are appropriately incentivized and motivated to drive business for BAGIC Driving Automation and encouraging portal training of the IMDs such that the portal is enabled in a way so that maximization of issuance may be ensured Increase the active agent base and sustain the same Motivate and upgrade the agents as per the BAND Movement plan
Operational review
Identify system/ process improvement required to support team in smooth delivery of their responsibilities Conduct regular reviews with circle heads to monitor achievement of allocated targets, discuss business issues and design action plans to course correct, if required Interact with intermediaries to evaluate their performance/ business generated by them and address any concerns which may be hampering business for BAGIC
Team management
Demonstrate the team as a leader how to influence and provide enablers to the IMDs for activation and guide them how activation needs to be done; assist them with leads; indulge in handholding of new agents etc Supporting team members for closures and addressing their challenges Participate in selection procedure to identify and hire right talent in the team Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal process for team as per timelines Drive monthly reviews with team members and weekly reviews with direct reports to keep a check on overall team\xe2\x80\x99s performance
