We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Refinery Production Shift Incharge

to oversee and manage refinery operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in refinery/chemical plant operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage refinery operations during the assigned shift. Monitor plant equipment, production parameters, and process performance. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational protocols. Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams for smooth functioning. Handle shift manpower planning and workforce supervision. Troubleshoot process issues and take corrective actions promptly. Maintain accurate shift logs, reports, and production data. Conduct safety drills and ensure use of PPE and other safety norms. Provide daily shift handovers and briefings to incoming teams. Participate in audits, training sessions, and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of refinery production processes. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in plant safety practices and emergency handling. Working knowledge of DCS/SCADA systems (if applicable). Good communication and reporting skills.

Eligibility:

Experience

: Minimum 4+ years in refinery/chemical plant operations.

Education

: [Preferred - B.E./Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or related field]

Shift

: Rotational shifts, including night shift readiness.
