Position Summary :

- Responsible for onboarding premium retail brands, space management, retail administration, operations management and Revenue management. Will have to manage the P&L of the assigned project..

/ Responsibilities :

- Responsible for new business development, commercial strategy and customer relationship management.

- Manage P&L of 50 Cr+ revenue business

- Managing master concession of airport retail space with major retail brands by lease / rent.

- Onboarding premium brands by negotiating the best price and tenure.

- Planning new initiatives, launch new promotional strategies to enhance the sales.

- Work towards generating deals for retail development with focus on airport retail format and category.

- Identify the right service provider and depute accordingly.

- Negotiating and concluding the agreement and lease deals.

- Maintain effective relationship with stakeholders and airport authorities.

- Problem solving and sorting concessionaire related issues with AAI, BCAS, CISF and other government bodies and stakeholders.

- Airport retail operations & contract management

- Capable of contract management including RFP, RFQ.

- Monitoring the performance of the contracts and leading continuous improvements economically

- Conducting data analysis, understanding the sales trend and devising strategy for enhancement of sales

- Ensuring veracity of sales data through IT, EPOS and physical supervision.

- Leading a team of 4-5 people

Desired Profile :

- Graduate (MBA preferred) with 8 to 12 years in managing retail space at airport or malls.

- A strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

- Based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately to Pune

- Good understanding in space and rental management.

- Should have good retail channel development, franchise development experience.

- Should have good experience in onboarding branded customers

- Should have good experience in Lease and rent agreements

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
