Referral Sales
Job Description
• Processing and tracking patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers
• Ensuring that referrals are appropriately authorized by insurance providers
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance and healthcare regulations
• Working closely with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure appropriate referral processing
• Providing patients with detailed information about their referral including appointment details, and directions to the specialist's office
• Answering patient queries regarding the referral process
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the referral process and recommending improvements as necessary
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of all referrals and related communications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
