:Job Title: Analyst/Sr AnalystLocation: Pune, IndiaPosition DescriptionThe Process Analyst/Senior Analyst will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per process standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. He/she needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. He/she should ensure that all queries/first-level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the periods pre-specified. Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate and timely production of daily SLA
• Updating daily MIS
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral & written) & strong interpersonal skills
• Well-organized & able to clearly present results of work.
• Passion for change and confidence in own abilities.
• Need to work as per the guidelines/procedures set by the business.
• Responsible for understanding client\xe2\x80\x99s needs from a technical and operational perspective.
• Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal.
• Should be flexible working in different shifts.
• Be comfortable & willing to drive process improvement. Ensure support for managing internal projects/initiatives. Should be diligent, shows initiative and proactive.
• Regular connect with stakeholders to ensure smooth quality delivery and new learning
• Good Time management skills. Timely response to all clients\xe2\x80\x99 queries.
• Escalate all issues properly, in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business.

Your skills and experience

• Graduate & above preferably with Commerce background.
• Good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93both written & verbal.

German Language Certification from any University/Institute equivalent to B2.2

• Should have fair knowledge on Mutual Funds and Old Age pension funds.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.

Experience/Exposure

• Knowledge of Asset Management (preferred)
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds (preferred)
• MS Office
• Experience in Banking/Finance
