Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day financial activities related to Treasury Documenting transactions and updating ledgers and the financials database. Analyzing and interpreting financial data. Preparing financial forecasts such as revenue, expenses, loan estimations others Developing cash management, investment, and risk mitigation strategies Providing financial advice on investments, loans, and liabilities. Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management. Implementing financial policies and procedures. Maintaining financial management systems Ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations. Knowledge of Allocation of funds based on the transaction and company policy Knowledge of general accountings. Intense focus on SLAs, VoC, governance, client engagement and service delivery Identify the process improvement areas and get it aligned with client First level of escalation, Good communication skills Verbal and written Plays a critical role in recruitment, process training, talent management, talent engagement, etc. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoints Strong People Management Skills SAP knowledge preferredQualifications and Personal Attributes: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, A minimum of 15+ years\' experience as a treasury. Experience with financial management systems, such as SAP Good computer skills with programs such as MS Excel, Access Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
