We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.Treasury clerk role and responsibilities:Transaction and payment processing including daily account reconciliation in treasury management system (Reval), entering payments in bank portals and TMS, entering journal entries in general ledger (NetSuite)Payment processing includes wires and ACH payments for vendors and internal clients (i.e. William Blair partners, ad hoc payment requests)Monitor cash flows across domestic and international accountsProcess intercompany money movements and account funding wires to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operationsMonitor daily AP vendor payment process to ensure successful file transfersProvide customer service to our internal clients (working closely with different business units to confirm incoming wires or payment confirmation)Supporting treasury team members with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as requested Desirable skills:Attention to detail is crucialStrong customer service skillsAbility to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPointJob location: GurgaonShift: US shift (3pm to 12am)QualificationsBachelor\'s in commerce
