Brief : To lead and manage procurement processKey Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities: Lead and Manage team of associates Ensure client SLA's and deliverables are met Ensure timely training and utilization of staff Perform requisite MIS Strong domain knowledge and able to support review process Good understanding of Maximo system To be willing to work in US hrs. shifts up-to 330 am IST Willing to work extra hours when needed Drive initiatives and Team building activities Adhere to operational requests from the management To attend all meetings and trainings as per requirements Conduct trainings for new joiners, submit accreditation to the client Establish, maintain, and promote working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Handle weekly / monthly client calls as lead from WNS Preparation of weekly/monthly dashboards Handle People issues and manage the performance engagement Demonstrates a positive attitude Acts in accordance with company vision, mission & values Takes accountability for own performance Willing to take on additional assignmentsESSENTIALWork Experience (Mention No. of years): The candidate should have 2-4 Years of Work Experience in procurement. Prior experience in ITEs/ BPO industryKnowledge/Qualifications/ Competency: Graduate/Post Graduate Good Communication Skills Expert in MS Excel and other office applicationsCapabilities: Domain expertise Team Leading Multi-tasking skills Detail and Analytical Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in different shifts when neededSpecial Role (Customer Specific Requirement) Good Working knowledge of Maximo in addition, any experience in being part of process transformation initiatives
