Primary and secondary research to unearth market & customer insights, journeys, personas, etco Support and facilitate design thinking workshops and trainings with CXO level stakeholders to set a vision and develop strategic plans and roadmaps for digital transformationo Design, collate and collaborate to put together the content and toolkit required for client workshops - Miro boards, ideation toolkits, presentations, prototypes, etco Lead end-to-end strategy projects o Participate in proposals and pitches to embed design thinking in projects and drive the utilization and revenue through DT talent in the team o Design and lead customer research and gather insights to drive innovation and digital transformationo Create and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders o Evangelise Design Thinking within the organization by designing/curating materials for internal stakeholders to learn and practice design thinking

Qualifications

Master's degree in Design, Business [MBA], or related field o 5+ years of experience in design thinking, service design, strategy, consulting, or related field o Excellent facilitation and communication skills o Strong knowledge of design thinking/service design/strategic consulting methodologies o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment o Strong project management skills o Experience in leading workshops and trainings o Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
