We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.Budgeting and Forecasting:\xef\x82\xa7 Preparing financial plans and bottom-up budgets for business units (BU\xe2\x80\x99s)\xef\x82\xa7 Preparing revenue and margin walk for budget finalization\xef\x82\xa7 Preparing P&L Forecast for Corporate submission\xef\x82\xa7 Preparing analysis reports by BU\xe2\x80\x99s, clients and periods \xe2\x80\x93 budgeting and forecasting BAU Activities:\xef\x82\xa7 Tracking renewals and compliance to commercial clauses as per client contracts\xef\x82\xa7 Analyzing monthly revenue Pipeline\xef\x82\xa7 Supporting month / quarter end activities including provisioning and cost analysis\xef\x82\xa7 Head count and seat analysis\xef\x82\xa7 Tracking margins actual vs deal pricing\xef\x82\xa7 Analyzing BU P&L, variation and KPIs for discussion with Operation leaders\xef\x82\xa7 Discussing monthly P&L with operations through Oracle Business Intelligence tool\xef\x82\xa7 Adherence to financial policies/IFRS and guiding business on policies/IFRS\xef\x82\xa7 Interaction with operation / sales / finance sub-functional teams in BAU activities\xef\x82\xa7 Working on IFRS accounting related to Transition and RAR\xef\x82\xa7 Working on automation projects driven across finance functionsQualificationsCA/CMA/ MBA with 4-6 years of experience.
